About the BME Senior Design Program at NCSU

North Carolina State University's undergraduate curriculum in the NCSU/UNC Joint Department of Biomedical Engineering culminates with BME 451&2: Senior Design. The course is a 2-semester, 5-phase biomedical device design process based on the FDA's Quality System Regulations for medical devices. It is taught by Dr. Andrew DiMeo, with TAs Alexander Verderber and Jacob Hammers. It was from this course that NeoTech Global was born, and is on a mission to develop affordable, quality medical technologies for infants everywhere.
